Putting aside the disappointment of finishing 2nd in the Premier League the girls, with Elliott & Craig at the helm, have won for our first time the Premier Cup. It started with a 5-1 win in sodden conditions over North Wgtn, then a semifinal win in a penalty shoot-out over Vic’ University (Maddy saving two penalties). It culminated in a terrific display of football last Sunday with a 2-0 win over BNU (in the sun at Alex Moore). Goals to Aimee and Christine sealed the victory.
